Why Invest

JV Finance

Overseas investors using British Offset support to establish a joint venture in Saudi Arabia need only provide equity funding up to 12.5% of the value of the project.  Typically, the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) will lend 50% of the cost of the project, subject to a maximum of 600 million Saudi Riyals.

The joint venture would then normally seek a further 25% from local commercial banks, leaving just 25% equity to be funded by you and your local partner.

Combined with competitively priced utilities and the SIDF interest free loan, this powerful incentive package represents a unique low-cost opportunity to enter the developing Saudi market.
